I was curious is I could request a script that would allow a particular character in the party to have the ability to transform into an animal during battle given the requirement that he has a particular skill.
If there is a script like this then please point me in that direction. I have to have it compliant with Gubid's TBS. I imagine if a script is provided I may be able to edit it to jive with the TBS properly.

I'm pretty sure this could be done with a common event but I'll need to know more details about how you want it to work for me to figure it out. I want to make it an in battle ability. I am using Gubid's TBS and I want the player to use a sort of mana points that are unique to the place that the player gets the ability. The player casts the ability and it works for a while during battle. The player battle sprite will also transform with upped stats, attack, etc.

Oooook...I've never used the TBS myself so I guess this'll be a learning experience for the both of us =] I'm at college at the moment so I'll edit this post once I get home and have a shot at it.

I would appreciate it. I have had other things to occupy my free time so I havent looked into this at all.
I would suggest that we put together our own script but i dont know ruby and I dont have the spare time to learn it =/

Done! =] There is one slight bug concerning how long the character stays in their transformed state as it varies depending on how many enemies you are facing.
Okay now let us begin =P: Step 1: Create a state called: "Transformed" and use this setup - ![]() Make sure you set it to "NON-RESISTANCE". Step 2: Create a skill with the following setup - ![]() Step 3: Create a common event with the following setup - ![]() Finally Step 4: Somewhere in your game intro event turn on the switch "Default" (this is useful for other parallel common events too =]) PS: Sorry it took so long, just couldn't manage to download the TBS =] This post has been edited by donny_boy01: Apr 7 2008, 08:02 PM

It's pretty much identical to the skill. You don't need to change anything else though.
