I made an official Creation Asylum channel on YouTube.
The adress is:

But youtube do not offer option for multiple uploaders with different right, you either have full access, or no access.

But I find that by using the mobile upload email adress, anyone can upload a video to the account, by setting the title of the video as the subject of the email, and the description as the content of the email.

Then, appointed moderators could go into the youtube account and take care of deleting/editing anything thats out of place. I think the mods and admin of CA would also be mod and admins on the youtube account.

The email to upload video to the youtube channel is:
ogvj02apvasn@m.youtube.com

You can test it out, and we will see where we go from there.

* I suggest you append [Yourname] at the end of all your videos titles, so we can easily know who made what.
* Don't be funny, replace [Yourname] by YOUR NAME !!

THE RULES AS FOR NOW:
The rule for uploading a video as of now is simply that it should be related to Creation Asylum, may it be a video of your creation or tutorials.
Do not upload general game videos (Such as gameplay videos of you playing a commercial game, such as Final Fantasy), do not upload random video of yourself saying things or doing things unrelated to CA or to the creative process.

So, this is a BETA phase, we'll see what happens. I will send a PM to mods and admins with more info to manage that youtube account.

[borderbox="blue"]WHAT IS CREATION ASYLUM FOR YOU - YOUTUBE RALLY

To get the channel started and test things out so you can comment on how it works, let's do a "What is CA?" playlist on the channel. Record a video where you talk about Creation Asylum, how you came about being on here, what you think of it, why you stay, what it is, for you. You could make a video of yourself talking, or use videos of the site, or creation made by us, or mix all that together the way you like.

Then upload that video (1 video per member please) using the email provided above. Then, I or a mod will move those video into a playlist named "What is CA?", or any other name if you have a better idea, say so.

Also, remember to put your member name somewhere in the title of your video.

I was thinking about setting them back kind of how they were in the past, meaning that the main engines would be the root, and then in each, you would find tutorials/help/resources/code forums. Then, over time, un-popular forum could be moved into a "Other Engines" forums. What do you think ?

Did you join a long time ago with a name you feel no longer feel represents you? Want a new name but you don't want to lose all of the history behind your current account? I've gotten a couple of requests on it already, so from today (6/15/2011) until a week from now (6/22/2011) I'll be allowing users to change their forum name. If you wish to change your forum name please IM me with your request. This is something we do rarely; if you want a new name then please don't wait.

[borderbox="red"]The member display name feature is online. You can change your name twice in a 90 days time table, that's the current setting for now. You can change it from the "My Control" menu, and then scroll down to board/profile info.
